Relay for Life 2009 - Fighting Cancer Together was officially launched on October 8th 2008, at Gurney Plaza Atrium.

The launch was officiated by YB Phee Boon Poh, State Executive Councillor for Health, Welfare and Caring Society. Our many thanks go to him.

We also thank

• Gurney Plaza and CapitaRetail for sponsoring the wonderful venue;

• I-Dance Campaigners, Voce and Paku for stunning performances;

• MPPP for their continued support;

• Jabatan Kesihatan Timur Laut (Tanjong Tokong clinic) for giving free screening; and to

• Penang Hospital Patient Education Division for being there with their Quit Smoking campaign. 

So we are now campaigning! This is our fifth year, so let's make this the best year yet .....
