Relay for Life Penang 2011 has taken the message of Relay all over Penang. Check out our facebook page.

And join us on October 1st and 2nd aat the Youth Park (Taman Perbandaran) for our celebration of all we have done to fight cancer together.

Meantime, Malacca had its first Relay on June 4th and 5th at Stadium Tun Fatimah. Many many congratulations to all involved - four of us from Penang Relay went down and had a great time!

We launched Relay for Life Penang 2011 at a wonderfully warm (emotionally! it was pouring with rain!) event at Shangri-La's Rasa Sayang Resort and Spa.

Many many thanks to all at the Resort and Spa who made the event so easy and were so hospitable.

Relay spreads the key messages about cancer and raises much needed monies for cancer services.

For example, join our "Mall" gangs - helping spread the messages of Relay at Queensbay, Gurney, Little Penang, and other shopping and social centres

It's lots of fun, you'll be part of a great team, so if you and your friends want to join in, give us a call.

And we are always looking for extra input on such questions as

• how can we extend our outreach to the public?

• how can we get smaller companies involved?

• how can we get teams to organise their own events and fund-raising, within the next four months?
